Jeremy Johnson left the US Army in 1997, where he served his country as a Paratrooper, stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. From 1997 to 2008 Jeremy, a licensed General Contractor worked as a Construction Superintendent for Taylor Woodrow Homes, managing the construction of over 900 custom tract homes over a period of eleven years. In 2008 Mr. Johnson obtained certifications as a Certified Home Inspector through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and has been a member since. As a Certified Home Inspector for over a decade, Jeremy has performed well over 3000 home, commercial, and environmental inspections. In 2022 Jeremy Johnson obtained his License to perform Home Inspections in the State of North Carolina and currently holds over a dozen specialized certifications pertaining to performing home, commercial, and environmental Inspections.
